Formación

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management.
• 2–3 years experience in consultancy/construction/property development.
• Experience in Japan is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate quantities and costs of materials and prepare contracts.
• Set budgets for payments, inventory and materials.
• Monitor progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Coordinate with design teams, production/site supervisors and contractors.
