Job summary

You will prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities, monitor project budgeting and cost control. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors and assist with final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities
• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, quotations and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Prepare and monitor project budgeting, cost analysis and cost control
• Coordinate procurement and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, progress claims and variation orders
• Support site valuation, final accounts and project cost reporting
