Job summary

TSS Cemerlang Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Malaysia is seeking a cost estimator/quantity surveyor to support project budgets and cost planning. You will prepare preliminary estimates and detailed bills of quantities, and assist in setting budgets for infrastructure and earthwork projects.

You will monitor costs, prepare valuations and final accounts, verify measurements on site, and produce cost-to-complete forecasts.

To add value to our function as an earthwork contractor, we source for earth mainly from our sites (through joint venture with land owners), armour rocks, boulders and other quarry products are sourced either to our project as we as sale of armour rocks and boulders to our customers.

With our own source of earth, we are able to maintain competitive pricing over our competitors.
