Job summary

Hwa Hin Sdn Bhd, a Civil Engineering and Building Construction company, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage post-contract activities in Johor Bahru. You will handle contractual administration, progress claims, and sub-contractor claims, working closely with project teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training opportunities are provided. Johor Bahru-based role with opportunities to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Post contract management: contractual administration
• Handle progress claims and sub-contractor claims
• Assist with variation orders (VO) and final accounts

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, or equivalent.

The candidate is required to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage.

Work at Johor Bahru
