Job summary

TRI CREATIVE SOLUTION SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, quotations, contracts and procurement, ensuring projects stay within budget. You will support commercial activities across multiple live projects.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel and QS software. Collaborative teamwork across Project, Design and Site teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven track record with cost control, procurement and contracts.
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, BOQ and variation orders (VO).
• Monitor project budgets, costs and profitability.
• Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage progress claims and project cost reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project, Design and Site teams.
• Review project requirements and ensure accurate costing before submission.
• Handle contractual and commercial matters related to projects.

About the Role
