Job summary

PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking a QA/Inspection professional to oversee on-line and finished goods inspection, ensuring outgoing materials meet specifications and generating QC reports on request.

The role requires a Diploma/Professional Certificate in Engineering and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a minimum of 1 year in related fields. Applicants should be independent, proactive and capable of multi-tasking.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Professional Certificate in Engineering (Automotive), Industrial, Materials or Mechanical.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency.
• At least 1 year of related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day on line and finished good inspection.
• Ensure outgoing materials meet requirements and provide QC reports on request.
• Maintain QA processes for concrete production and testing.
• Report unusual product observations and analytical results to superiors.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job description

Responsible for day-to-day on line and finished good inspection.

Ensure that all outgoing materials to next processes are within the requirement and specification and provide QC Report whenever customer requested.

Maintain the process of quality assurance by ensuring concrete production and testing.

Report to superiors for any unusual product observation and analytical results.

Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Certificate in Engineering (Automotive), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Mechanical, Chemical, Analytical, Initiative, Production Engineering, Team Work

Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical, Chemical Background or equivalent.
