Job summary

AIMFLEX BERHAD is seeking a Quality System Executive to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS and EMS. You will coordinate audits, improve documentation, and support risk management and CSER initiatives.

Reporting to the Assistant Quality System Manager / Quality System Manager, you will collaborate across the organisation to drive compliance and sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience in QMS, EMS, and/or CSER.
• Experience in quality control programme operations and management system improvement.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with the ability to apply process audit principles.
• Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and certification activities of QMS and EMS in line with applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits, support external audits, prepare audit reports, and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Identify and implement improvements to quality and environmental management systems, processes, and control methodologies.
• Maintain and improve the document control server, documentation processes, and systems or modules managed by the Quality System team.
• Coordinate and support Group risk management and sustainability activities, including providing secretariat support to the Key Risk & Sustainability Officer.
• Assist with collecting and consolidating sustainability information for AIMFLEX’s Annual Report.
• Coordinate and carry out CSER programmes and activities.
• Support quality and environmental management projects, employee awareness, and training on relevant procedures.
• Coordinate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) documentation and provide support to the Quality System management team as required.

About the Role

As a Quality System Executive, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
