Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A.) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Quality & Documentation Lead to coordinate the Quality Management System and ensure product builds meet QMS and regulatory standards.

You will work with internal teams to maintain standardized plant-wide documentation, advise on QMS and regulatory issues in shipments, and coordinate both internal and external audits. Mandarin fluency is preferred for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Good communication skill and presentation skills.
• Mandarin fluency preferred for interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Basic understanding of product regulatory (UL, RoHS, REACH) preferred.
• Understanding of document control for QMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead in all Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure product build compliance to company certified QMS and regulatory.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure plant wide operations comply with QMS.
• Act as advisor and decision-maker on QMS and regulatory issues in product shipment noncompliance.
• Ensure plant-wide documentation is standardized to QMS.
• Coordinate and lead external and internal audits.

Job description

1. To coordinate and lead in all Quality Management System (QMS)

2. To ensure product build compliance to company certified documented QMS and regulatory.

3. Collaborate with internal team to ensure company plant wide operations comply with company certified QMS.

4. Act as advisor and decision-making pertaining to QMS and statutory related issues in product shipment noncompliance.

5. To ensure plant wide documentation is standardized accordingly to documented QMS.

6. Coordinate and lead the external audit and internal audit.

Requirement:

• 1. Good communication skill and presentation skills.
• 2. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 3. Having basic understanding on the product regulatory (UL, RoHs, REACH etc.) are preferred.
• 4. Understand on the document control for QMS.
• 5. Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in quality or document control field is preferred
