Job summary

The QA Supervisor is responsible for managing daily quality activities to ensure product and process quality meet customer and company requirements. The role monitors quality performance, identifies and contains production abnormalities. Ensures timely escalation and resolution.

The position works closely with Engineering and Production on root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, and continual quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in semiconductor back-end processes is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate manpower to support daily QA activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs with step-by-step instructions and key control points.
• Monitor quality performance and contain abnormalities.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continual quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
