Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of Quality or Operational Excellence experience.
• Track record of delivering improvements in cost, lead time, quality and efficiency.
• QMS (ISO/API) Lead Auditor certifications.
• Ability to build working relationships across the organization.
• Familiar with API Q1, API Q2, ISO 9001, ISO 29001 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes.
• Monitors regulations and updates related management documents on time.
• Recommends new quality policies or procedures to ensure high quality.
• Carries out extensive statistical analysis and acts on results.
• Ensures proper implementation of criticality rating and surveillance for procured items.
• Reports regularly on system performance and new developments.
