Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in textile manufacturing quality or related documentation roles.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is a good advantage.
• Auditing qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate and assist in implementation of staff development programs and company improvement or development projects
• Prepare project briefs and feasibility studies for evaluating new projects or proposed improvement plans
• Execute detailed implementation plans for projects with respect to manpower, time scheduled tasks, and costs estimation
• Monitor work progress, anticipate and resolve problems and contractual disputes
• Ensure quality objectives and targets are met
• Authorize stopping production to correct quality problems
• Assist in ISO and Quality Management System (QMS) implementation
• Review current work processes and procedures across the company and identify areas of improvement
• Standardize and formalize work processes and continually monitor project outcomes to review performance and make adjustments
• Proactively involve in cost reduction activities

Tertiary degree in Lab Technology or Statistics

About you

Tertiary degree in Lab Technology; Statistics or at least Diploma in same discipline is an added advantage

Formal qualification in auditing would be an advantage

Minimum of 3 years' experience in textile manufacturing industry or 1+ years in Quality Systems/Investigations-CAPA and/or documentation roles

Experience in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is a good advantage

Experience in textile manufacturing plant processes is an advantage

Ability to develop rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of people, sharing knowledge and skills to deliver shared goals
