Job summary

MatrixMax Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to understand customer needs and develop effective quality control processes, ensuring ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.

You will lead the quality team, review specifications for products or processes, and ensure all legal standards are met. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree with extensive experience in quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in related experience; and
• At least 2 years in a management position.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools and best practices.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and FMEA.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with different levels of workplace hierarchy.
