Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Front Office Quality team in tackling post-sales quality complaints.
• Innovate with CRM to resolve quality issues using Salesforce/bFO.
• Understand escalation routes and collaborate to achieve best outcomes.
• Leverage data analytics with Tableau to identify top quality issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contain issues.
• Assist in containment actions and warranty returns (RMA).
• Engage with customers during site visits and coordinate expert interventions.
