Qualifications

- Automotive background is an added advantage (1–2 years).
- IATF 16949:2016 knowledge or experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and control production quality processes.
- Implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects.
- Work with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality.
- Support supplier audits and performance monitoring.
- Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation.
- Maintain records related to quality performance and audits.
- Support internal and external audits (IATF, ISO).
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
