Develop, implement, and maintain SMT Quality Control Plans (QCP).
Monitor SMT process performance using SPC and analyze quality trends (Yield, Cpk, etc.).
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAR/CAPA).
Optimize AOI/SPI inspection programs and inspection criteria.
Lead and facilitate PFMEA activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and customer quality requirements.
Conduct internal quality audits and support quality improvement projects.
Train production operators on SMT quality standards and inspection methods.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in SMT or electronics manufacturing are welcome.
Good understanding of SMT manufacturing processes and electronic components.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), QC tools (8D, FMEA, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610) is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Minitab or other statistical software is preferred.
