Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary stakeholder and contact for escalated quality issues and drive resolution.
• Gather, study, and interpret data to investigate quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Prioritize and triage quality issues based on criticality and business impact; provide actionable solutions.
• Bridge R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing to track, handle, and resolve Sealminer-related quality matters.
• Develop a centralized knowledge base of failure modes, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on investigation status and corrective actions.
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned by team lead or management.
