Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or similar technical role in hardware/electronics.
• Strong RCA/ CAPA capability to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional updates.

Responsibilities

• Gather, study, and interpret performance and failure data for quality issues.
• Prioritize and triage incoming quality issues by criticality and business impact.
• Bridge R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing to track and resolve quality matters.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of failure modes and best practices.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by team lead or management.
