Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to strengthen the Quality team in a manufacturing environment. You will design and ensure the smooth flow of inspection activities in the Incoming and Outgoing sections, and liaise with customers on quality issues to resolve them promptly.

Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and proven work experience in quality control, including handling customer complaints and clearing non-conforming parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in quality department for manufacturing, including handling customer complaints.
• Preference for SME-quality experience in quality.
• Knowledge of inspection plans and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and ensure the smooth flow of inspection activities in the Incoming and Outgoing section.
• Liaise with customers on all quality issues and resolve issues on time.
• Clear all non-conforming parts on a timely basis.
• Prepare and update inspection plans based on Process Flow/Management Plan.
