Job summary

IKD Limited in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated QC Inspector with a fresh graduate background. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through inspections, measurements, and proper documentation.

The successful candidate will perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections, read basic drawings, and maintain QC records in a team-oriented environment. Training will be provided, and you will work closely with senior QC staff to develop practical skills in measurement and

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in QC inspection, manufacturing or precision machining is an advantage.
• Able to read basic engineering drawings is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and able to handle QC documentation.
• Responsible, careful and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing quality inspections.
• Inspect die casting machined parts according to drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform dimensional measurements using measuring equipment such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other inspection tools.
• Record and maintain inspection results and quality records.
• Prepare and update QC reports and related documentation.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to the superior.
• Assist in handling quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure inspection equipment and QC documents are properly maintained.Support the Quality Department in daily quality control activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
