Job summary

G.K. Ingredients (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a bakery ingredients manufacturer producing a wide range of bakery products from bread improvers, flavours, cake premixes and emulsifiers. We invite qualified candidates to join the team for the above position, focusing on quality control throughout receiving, production, and finished product inspection.

This role emphasizes adherence to Halal and MESTI standards, proper record-keeping, and daily administrative tasks to support compliant, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Raw Material Inspection during receiving including packaging material.
• Conduct routine quality checks during production.
• Finished product inspection and verification of weight, packaging, and labeling.
• Monitor cleanliness to ensure compliance with Halal, MESTI and other standards.
• Perform daily clerical and administrative duties.
• Maintain and organise records, invoices and other documents.
• Proper filling and maintenance of company records.

Job description

Raw Material Inspection during receiving including packaging material.

Conduct routine quality check during production

Finished product inspection and verify products appearance (weight, pacakaging,labelling and etc)

Monitor cleanliness that compliance with Halal,MESTI and etc

Perform daily clerical and administrative duties

Maintain and organise records, invoices and other documents

Proper filling and maintenance of company records

Most products are custom made specially develop to suit each bakery and confectionery’s requirements. Our specially trained technical personnel will make sure supports are given to solve each bakery and confectionery’s technical trouble shootings.

There are 3 other branch offices nationwide located at Penang, Johore and Sabah respectively. All these branches are managed by well trained personnel. Every branch office deliver goods to their respective customer by company owned transport.
