Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Auditor/Quality Control Engineer to perform daily QC inspections, manage QA processes, and lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

You will oversee the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, investigate quality issues, and guide IPQC/IQC/FQC/OQC activities while coordinating with HOD and other departments. Diploma/Associate degree with 3+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quality Management, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with gas appliances / gas heating products is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and internal auditing.
• Able to read mechanical and assembly drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Good problem-solving, communication and team management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate with different departments.
• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QC inspections.
• Complete inspection records, compile and file documentation.
• Alert on outstanding quality issues and follow up with HOD.
• Conduct inspections for finished goods and incoming materials.
• Conduct and monitor inspections for pre-loading until finish loading.
• Monitor, compile, follow up and maintain incoming records (COA & DO).
• Key in and update incoming data in system.
• Establish and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC to ensure product quality.
• Lead quality issue investigation using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA, SPC and CPK.
