Job summary

Cleanroom Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Quality Control Inspector to perform incoming, in-process and final inspections according to the provided quality plans.

You will study specifications and criteria, ensure use of the latest inspection standards, and properly segregate any rejected materials or products. The role requires understanding of quality control standards, basic MS Office/Excel skills, and good mathematical and technical abilities.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma or related field.
Understanding of quality control standards and QC tools.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Good mathematical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

To conduct incoming, in-process and final inspection of materials and goods as per quality plans provided.
Take a thorough look at the quality plans, specifications, criteria and understand the product requirements.
To ensure the use of latest inspection specification or criteria.
To ensure that rejected materials or products are properly segregated.
To ensure proper identification of material or product.
To ensure that only externally calibrated and internally verified equipment is used.
To report non-conformance of products to QA & Production personnel.
To perform other related task assigned by the superior.
