Job summary

CHOO BEE METAL INDUSTRIES BERHAD is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Kapar, Selangor. The role focuses on ensuring quality across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods, with daily inspection protocols and adherence to internal standards.

Responsibilities include conducting material testing, reporting non-conformities promptly to superiors, and fulfilling additional tasks as assigned to support quality assurance and process improvement.

• Ensure timely quality control activities and daily inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
• Conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products per policies and standards.
• Report any non-conforming products to superiors immediately to salvage rejects and wastage.
• Take on other responsibilities as directed from time to time.

Job description

1.1 To ensure that all assigned quality control activities and daily inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products of the entire manufacturing process are undertaken on a timely basis.

1.2 To conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with policies and standards set.

1.3 To ensure that detected non-conforming products are reported to his Superiors immediately so that rejects and wastage can be salvaged.

1.4 To act on any other responsibilities as may be directed from time to time.
