Job summary

Sunshine Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a QC/QA Inspector to conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The role requires basic QC/QA knowledge, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail. You will use measuring tools and coordinate with production to sustain product quality and safety, supporting audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be responsible and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Basic knowledge in QC/QA processes.
• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks for raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform product testing and inspection per QC procedures.
• Identify defects and report to superiors.
• Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation.
• Monitor production to maintain quality consistency.
• Collaborate with production to improve product quality.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Ensure QC workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Assist during audits (e.g., SIRIM).
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of QC area.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

• Collaborate with the production team to improve product quality.

• Assist in handling customer complaints and corrective actions if necessary.

• Ensure the workplace complies with quality control and safety procedures.

• Assist during internal or external audits (such as SIRIM audits).

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the QC work area.

• Perform other duties as directed by management.
