Job summary

Sunshine Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Balakong, Selangor, is hiring a Quality Control/Assurance Associate. The role involves conducting quality checks across materials, processes, and finished products, and ensuring adherence to company QC standards.

You will perform testing, document results, and report defects, while collaborating with production and handling customer complaints as needed. Training provided and opportunities for audits exist.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge in QC / QA processes.
Able to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks for raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Perform product testing and inspection according to QC procedures.
Identify defects or quality issues and report them to superiors immediately.
Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation properly.
Monitor the production process to ensure product quality consistency.
Collaborate with the production team to improve product quality.
Assist in handling customer complaints and corrective actions if necessary.
Ensure the workplace complies with quality control and safety procedures.
Assist during internal or external audits (such as SIRIM audits).
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the QC work area.
Perform other duties as directed by management.
