Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: certificates, diplomas or degrees.
• Experience not required for fresh graduates.
• Proficiency in data entry and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data reporting and analysis to identify working errors.
• Monitor CCTV and ensure SOP compliance in receiving, sorting, loading parcels.
• Report abnormal behavior and quality issues to the Manager.
• Document quality incidents and follow up resolutions.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve recurring issues.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
