Job summary

HBT Food & Beverage Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to uphold product safety and specification on the production line. You will monitor quality checks, assist in maintaining documentation, and collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or Food Technology, with a Bachelor's preferred, and at least 1 year in quality control. ISO 22000/HACCP/GMP awareness and FSMS reporting are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor online production quality check
• Ensure product is produced according to spec
• Assist in monitoring chemical usage, staff hygiene and plant cleanliness
• Assist in preparing retained samples accordingly
• Assist in problem solving with production department in response to quality related production problem
• Assist superiors in all aspect of quality issue including follow up and monitoring
• Assist QC Executive to maintained QC department food safety documentation
• Prepare and submit daily quality inspection results summary to QC and operation team at the end of the day for review
• Any other responsibility that assigned by superior and management from time to time.
• Responsible to immediately report on any problem arise related to FSMS to the superior.
