Job summary

Advanced Energy Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management System Specialist II to establish and harmonize site-wide QMS compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025, and manage document control workflows and SOPs.

The role requires 3–5 years of QMS experience, internal auditor certification, and the ability to mentor cross-functional teams for internal audits and continuous improvement across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in quality management system administration is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for audits and CAPA activities.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO17025 and internal auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and document control.
• Plan, execute, and support internal audits; assist with external audits by customers and regulatory bodies.
• Lead CAPA activities and track corrective actions to closure and effectiveness.
• Deliver QMS training and support change control processes across functions.
