You will oversee APQP/PPAP documentation, monitor production rejects, and drive continuous improvement through RCA/CAPA processes in a factory setting at Kampung Melayu Subang.

Qualifications

• Custodian of QMS and QMR for ISO 9001 and external/customer audits.

Quality Assurance Manager - Rubber and Plastic Industry

1) Location of factory : Kampung Melayu Subang. Industry : Rubber and Plastic Industry

2) QA Manager is custodian of QMS System, QMR for the Company External Audit and Customer Audits for ISO 9001.

3) Lead and constantly train QAQC Team on their respective job scopes to meet the Company's quality objectives.

4) In charged of Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions and monitoring of the same until closure of CA.

5) A Team Leader as well as Team Member working together with the other Head of Departments.

6) Oversee APQP Projects, PPAP documents and successful launching of new products.

7) Daily oversee analysis of rejects and to supervise QAQC Team to monitor production reject rates.
