Job summary

• Build and maintain the plant quality management system to support customer requirements, product qualification and audits.
• Establish and improve quality standards, inspection criteria, quality documentation and control plans.
• Manage quality control for steel structure, piping, metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, and AIDC-related products.
• Lead customer audits, internal audits, and supplier audits.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturing, engineering, procurement and suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce quality risks.
• Establish quality KPIs, defect tracking, supplier quality management and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Train and manage the QA / QC team to ensure consistent quality execution.

The role will be responsible for building and improving the plant’s quality system, inspection standards, failure analysis process and customer audit readiness. This position will support both existing products, as well as new AIDC-related products.

• Build and maintain the plant quality management system to support customer requirements, product qualification and audits.
• Establish and improve quality standards, inspection criteria, quality documentation and control plans.
• Manage quality control for steel structure, piping, metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, and AIDC-related products.
• Lead customer audits, internal audits, and supplier audits.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.
• Work with manufacturing, engineering, procurement and suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce quality risks.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related fields.
• Solid QA / QC experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience handling overseas customer audits or first-tier customer audits.
• Experience in equipment, tools, assembly, metal fabrication, steel structure, piping, electromechanical products or related industries.
