Job summary

Dynaciate, a TECO Group company in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Plant Director/Plant Manager to lead factory operations and drive expansion. The role oversees steel structure, piping, metal fabrication and assembly, and includes new product introduction for AI Data Center applications.

You will direct production planning, material flow, quality and delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and report to TECO HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related fields.
• Strong mechanical engineering background; electrical or electromechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in plant expansion, production line setup, NPI and ramp-up.
• Experience in metal fabrication, steel structure, piping, mechanical assembly, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Ability to lead factory operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations including production, manufacturing, planning, material flow, inventory, quality, cost and delivery.
• Manage existing product lines such as steel structure, piping, metal fabrication, welding, mechanical components and assembly.
• Lead new product introduction, process setup, trial production, qualification and mass production ramp-up for AIDC-related products.
• Drive plant expansion, new production line setup, factory layout planning and production capacity improvement.
• Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, production standards, manpower planning and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement, supply chain and project teams to solve production, material, quality and delivery issues.
• Support customer visits, audits, product qualification and factory readiness reviews.
• Report factory performance, risks and improvement plans to senior management and TECO HQ.
