Job summary

Meinhardt EPCM Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring projects meet client specs and regulatory requirements. You will oversee audits, inspections, and continuous improvement across all operations.

The role requires a strong background in QA/QC standards, ISO 9001, and leadership experience to guide engineers, inspectors, and coordinators on-site and in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of inspection/testing procedures and quality documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, policies, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, statutory regulations, and company procedures.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish quality objectives and KPIs for projects and operational activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and inspection plans.
• Ensure all materials, workmanship, and processes comply with approved standards and specifications.
• Supervise inspections, testing, and quality control activities on-site or in production.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Lead and supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and coordinators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
