Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Quality Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in QA / QC system management or ISO Management System; fresh graduates may apply.
• Familiar with Quality Assurance concepts and 7 QC Tools & 8D methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage product quality standards by executing and improving current quality plans.
• Audit compliance of quality plans for every production line.
• Lead supplier and customer quality teams; manage quality feedback from field and customers.
• Drive containment actions and countermeasures; monitor effectiveness.
• Represent the QA system to external customers and auditors.
• Coordinate calibration and validation of tools and equipment used in AAFM.
• Support external audits and IMS external audits as needed.
