Job summary

Lek Sun Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee quality across the manufacturing chain and act as the main liaison with customers for complaints and CAPA activities.

You will lead the QA inspection team, collaborate with Engineering and Production, and support QMS/EMS maintenance and internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing quality role; plastics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product quality from incoming materials to finished goods.
• Serve as primary quality liaison with customers; address complaints; drive 8D/CAPA actions.
• Lead the internal Quality Inspection team to ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tooling, and Production to improve processes and quality.
• Support QMS/EMS implementation and audits per IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.
