Job summary

Worklane GmbH in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Team Leader to drive GMP‑compliant quality control across goods in, in‑process and final production. You will lead a QC team, implement process controls and mentor staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in volume manufacturing, a tertiary science or engineering degree, and strong knowledge of GMP, FDA QSR and ISO standards. Experience managing people is preferred.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum of 2 years industrial experience in volume manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of FDA QSR, GMP and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support QC Inspectors to meet daily goals.
• Oversee incoming, in‑process, and final QC checks and reporting.
• Maintain records, investigate nonconformities, and drive CAPA.
• Ensure GMP, 5S, and quality standards on the production floor.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
