Job summary

VTEB Baker Hughes Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Process Quality Engineer with 5+ years in QA/QC/QE to drive ongoing quality improvements. You will coordinate qualification activities, manage plans, and lead RCA/NCA for issues while ensuring compliance with all Baker Hughes quality standards.

Key responsibilities include monitoring calibration, handling NCRs, SDRs and customer complaints, and supporting training for quality personnel within a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, QC, QE or quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, audits and calibration control.
• Experience in handling NCR, SDR, customer complaints and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate qualification activities to achieve On-Time Delivery targets.
• Define ownership for qualification deliverables per internal procedures.
• Manage qualification plans and milestones.
• Drive RCA and NCA for quality issues.
• Ensure Baker Hughes quality requirements are implemented and maintained.
• Lead quality-related issues including eSQM, eNCR, eSDR and corrective actions.
• Support development and training plans for quality personnel.
• Monitor calibration activities and investigate non-conformities.
