Job summary

ANCOM CROP CARE SDN BHD in Shah Alam is seeking a QA/Documentation professional to ensure control procedures align with ISO9001:2015 and ISO17025:2017, and to assist regulatory activities as needed. You will prepare CoA for finished goods and oversee calibration of testing equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining document databases, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring inventory for chemicals and consumables to support regulatory approvals and trials.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO9001:2015 and ISO17025:2017 document control.
• Assist in regulatory submissions and QA reporting.
• Prepare CoA and PRNS as per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure document control procedures and systems in accordance to ISO9001:2015 & ISO17025:2017.
• Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents.
• Coordinate calibration/PM of all test equipment.
• Review records for compliance with established procedures and Good Documentation Practices.
• Prepare outgoing samples for regulatory approvals and field trials.
• Prepare CoA for outgoing finished goods as per customer / regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory for chemicals, glassware and consumables.

JOB SUMMARY

Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
Support product regulatory division on product registration if required.
Prepares CoA for outgoing finished goods as per customer /requlatory requirements.
Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
Prepare PRNS and monitor inventory for chemicals, glassware and consumables.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure document control procedures and systems in accordance to ISO9001:2015 & ISO 17025:2017.
Managing the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents.
Ensuring documents are accurately labelled, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval.
Collaborating with internal teams to establish document control standards and protocols.
Monitoring document lifecycle and implementing version control processes.
Maintaining document databases and ensuring data integrity and security.
Assisting in the preparation outgoing samples for regulatory approvals and commercial/field trials.
Prepare QA reporting in mystics.
Prepare PRNS and monitor inventory for chemicals, glassware and consumables.
Prepares CoA for outgoing finished goods as per customer /requlatory requirements.
Coordinate calibration/PM of all test equipment and fixtures
Perform review of Records and other documentation for compliance to established procedures and Good Documentation Practices
