Job summary

Xepa-Soul Pattinson Malaysia is seeking a QA/IPQA support role to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and established procedures. You will perform sampling, in-process quality checks, and environmental monitoring to uphold product quality.

Join a quality-focused team responsible for traceability, data integrity, and timely reporting. Successful candidates will assist root cause investigations and maintain accurate quality records in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Good Documentation Practices and ALCOA concepts.
• In-process sampling and quality control checks.
• Environmental monitoring and sampling program adherence.
• Root cause investigation for quality non-conformance.
• Maintenance of test equipment and sampling tools.
• Generation and retention of quality records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sampling and in-process quality inspections per procedures.
• Coordinate sample collection and submission to QC lab for testing.
• Perform environmental monitoring according to schedule and SOPs.
• Assist in root cause investigations and corrective actions for IPQA activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration of sampling tools and test equipment.
• Generate and maintain quality records for department documents.
• Support superior with additional tasks as needed.

• 1. To adhere on compliance to safety rules, Good Documentation Practices, ISO9001, ISO13485, EU GMP, PICs/GMP and other applicable Standards in Xepa-Soul Pattinson.
• 2. To ensure alertness and readiness on ALCOA concepts among the team for example logbooks usage adherence and update, time stamp, on real time recording, adhere to the written and approved procedure and etc.
• 3. To conduct sampling and perform in process quality inspection on work in progress and finished goods that require in process quality control checks following appropriate procedures and specifications for production startup and continuation.
• 4. To coordinate the sample collection and submission to Quality Control laboratory for testing and retention.
• 5. To perform environmental monitoring according to the predetermined schedule and ensure environmental monitoring program and supporting procedures adhered to standard operating procedures.
• 6. To assist in root cause investigation in quality non-conformance for testing and test method discrepancies and involve in corrective action implementation related to IPQA activities.
• 7. To manage usage, cleaning and housekeeping of sampling tools and test equipment.
• 8. To perform in-house verification on all test equipment according to predetermined schedule and standard operating procedure.
• 9. To generate and maintain quality records for all documents related to the department.
• 10. To assist and support for other additional tasks given by the superior.
