Job summary

Fraser and Neave is seeking a Quality Inspector in Malaysia to perform assortment of inspection and testing across production points, ensure data entry into the QM database, and uphold GMP and hygiene standards. You will troubleshoot quality issues and calibrate lab instruments, while handling on-hold actions for non-conforming materials and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing at various inspection points along the production according to Quality Plan.
• Ensure checking results comply with specifications and take action to manage non-conformance materials and finished products according to on-hold procedures.
• On-time enter checking results into Quality Management Data Base.
• Investigate and troubleshoot on quality related issue, materials, finished products and lab testing equipment/instrument.
• Maintain and calibrate lab testing equipment/instrument according to schedule.
• Drive for plant GMP and hygiene best practices.
• All other tasks/ projects assigned by superior on quality related
