Job summary

Tosoh Advanced Materials Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to support and manage the database of product quality assurance analyses and to assist QA activities across the organization.

The role includes coordinating QA and HSE tasks, managing NCRs, audits, and keeping up with applicable laws. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ HSE and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ HSE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experiences to relevant working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage database of product quality assurance analysis and support the quality assurance of the product.
• Act as focal person and provide solutions for all company quality assurance-related issues within the company.
• Manage supplier and customer NCR, problem analysis, and internal quality assurance problem-solving.
• To support internal quality assurance audits and external quality assurance audits to suppliers.
• To support external audits by customers, ISO certification bodies etc.
• Maintain company rules and objectives relevant to Quality Control matters.
• Keep up on relevant laws and provide necessary information to relevant sections/departments.
• Handle customers' requirements and complaints.
• To support QA and HSE leading the company's 5S activities.
• Support GM, QA and HSE Manager on QA and HSE related matters.

Job description

Manage database of product quality assurance analysis and support the quality assurance of product.

Act as focal person and provide solutions for all company quality assurance-related issues within the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
