Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Responsible for game development testing, and testing in strict accordance with product requirements. 负责游戏开发测试，并严格按照产品需求进行测试。
• Perform the collection, query, and sorting of bugs in game products, find the recurrence rules of bugs, and accurately describe them in text. 负责收集、查询和整理游戏产品的 Bug，找出 Bug 复现规律，并准确地用文字描述。
• Familiar with the function, performance, and compatibility testing of mobile client applications (iOS/Android) and complete the test report. 熟悉移动端应用程序（iOS/Android）的功能、性能和兼容性测试，并完成测试报告。
• Discover and initiate solutions for quality risks in game products. Manage, track, and follow up on the resolution of game defects, and propose reasonable improvement suggestions for game products. 发现并推动游戏产品质量风险的解决。管理、跟踪并推进游戏缺陷的修复，并提出合理的改进建议。
• Assist in planning optimization and improvement of the system, and provide feedback on the playability, ease of use, and system-related issues of game products. 协助规划系统优化与改进，并反馈游戏产品的可玩性、易用性及系统性问题。

Job Requirements | 岗位要求

• Fluent in Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates). 流利的中文（需与中文交流的同事沟通）。
• More than 3 years of working experience in game testing (QAT). 3 年以上游戏测试（QAT）工作经验。
• Candidates who can independently handle game testing work and are familiar with script automation testing are preferred. 具备独立负责游戏测试工作的能力者优先，熟悉脚本自动化测试者优先。
• Honest, self-disciplined, with good communication and comprehension skills, teamwork spirit, and strong logical and detail-oriented thinking. 诚实自律，具备良好的沟通与理解能力，团队合作精神，逻辑思维严谨，注重细节。
• Familiar with test management tools such as Mantis, Jira, BugFree, etc. 熟悉 Mantis、Jira、BugFree 等测试管理工具。
• Proactive, enthusiastic, with a strong sense of responsibility, and good at identifying and solving problems. 积极主动，热情高，责任感强，善于发现和解决问题。
• Open to candidates with full working rights in Malaysia only. 仅限拥有马来西亚完整工作权限的候选人。
