Qualifications

• Experience in quality systems design and deployment (ISO 9001, etc).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop Quality and Process Control Methods with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to reduce variation and prevent defects.
• Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead internal quality audits and support external audits for standards compliance (ISO 9001).
• Analyze quality data (yield, defects) to drive decisions and reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
• Support production performance analysis and documentation for quality.
