Job summary

WI 8 INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a QA/Documentation Assistant in Malaysia to manage SOPs, update logs, and maintain audit-ready files. You will perform routine quality inspections on materials and finished goods, support internal and external audits, and help with CAPA plans.

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years of QA experience are preferred. You will also handle simple chemical tests to monitor pH and concentrations of used chemicals, ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or relevant internships.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Documentation control: update SOPs, logs, and audit-ready files.
• Quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, or finished products.
• Audit support for internal and external quality/safety audits (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
• Non-conformance tracking: record issues, log deviations, assist CAPA.
• Perform simple chemical tests to maintain pH and concentration of chemicals used.
