Job summary

StiFlex Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC Assistant in Johor Bahru to support inspections, maintain QA/QC documents, and assist in audits and CAPA processes. You will coordinate with production and admin to ensure quality compliance at all times.

The role requires an engineering or quality-related degree, familiarity with ISO standards, and strong documentation skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with health insurance and additional leave offered.

Qualifications

Proficiency in QA/QC practices and documentation.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Ability to prepare reports, SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist in incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection activities.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection reports, NCR, CAR, WIP, SOP and related records.
Assist in document control and filing of quality records.
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation, maintenance and compliance activities.
Assist in internal audits, external audits and audit follow-up actions.
Monitor calibration records and arrange calibration schedules.
Assist in monitoring machine and equipment maintenance records.
Assist in investigation of quality issues, customer complaints and non-conforming products.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Admin and Purchasing departments on quality matters.
Assist in preparing monthly quality reports, KPI data and compliance reports.
Support corrective and preventive action implementation.
Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
