Job summary

BERJAYA PROPERTY BERHAD (Formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to manage project documentation, from master lists to audit support, ensuring ISO 9001 and QMS compliance. The role supports the QA/QC team across Sungai Rasau projects, coordinating submissions and minutes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in document control on construction projects, knowledge of local practices, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Document Controller roles within construction projects.
• Familiarity with Malaysian construction industry practices and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management System

Responsibilities

• Manage and update QAQC master lists and document submission (Material, RFWI, Method Statement, and RFI) for official submission to Consultant and Client.
• Arrange and keep up to date on correspondence letters/submission of the project.
• Manage record RWFI, NCR, Site Memo and other project documents.
• Manage and update meeting minutes.
• Assist and support in the preparation of progress reports and other project related documents.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, QMS procedures, and company document control requirements.
• To assist the QA/QC Manager/Assistant Manager to prepare the Audit Report if required.
