Job summary

FUCARE PROTECTION SDN BHD seeks a QA/QC professional to oversee the QA & QC system ensuring relevance, efficiency and effectiveness. The role includes audits for ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001, plus coordinating inline and pre-shipment inspections for export as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in Quality Control/Assurance, fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QA & QC system to be relevant, efficient, and effective.

• Ensure inline and pre-shipment inspection reports are clear and compliant.
• Provide training and technical support on quality matters.

• Ensure supplier testing reports and certifications are available and documented.
• Work on site in Kulai, Johor, with customers to meet quality expectations.

Job description

Ensure the QA & QC system in place is relevant, efficient, and effective at all times.

Ensure processes align with industry standards for compliance & audits (ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001)

Conduct internal & external audit for ISO related matters.

Ensure each product specs and quality standard, printing, and packaging material, etc. requirements.

Review and ensure each in-line and pre-shipment inspection report is clear, complete, and compliance with procedures, requirements, and expectations from the customers.

Exceptional reporting and further investigation into the non-compliance of the reports given.

Factory visitation and meeting to review and understand the production process and QA & QC system.

In charge personally of the in-line and pre-shipment inspection for the export shipment if needed.

Handle routine incoming shipment product specs and quality control, laboratory testing, and reporting.

Ensure all suppliers’ product testing reports and certifications are available and properly documented.

Ensure QC tools, accessories, and materials are in good condition and available and usable all at the time.

Routine review and report on competitor product specs and quality standards with laboratory testing and reporting.

Provide product training and technical support internally and for the customers.

Ensure the requirements and expectations by the customers are fulfilled by our flooring installers at the site.

On completion of each job site, complete the checklist and hand over procedures to the customer with documentation.

After-sales services and support including complaints and claim handling with site visitation and evaluation.

Job Requirement:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Quality Control/Assurance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Familiarity with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001.

Preferably specialized in Metal Fabrication and experience working in the manufacturing industry.

Willing to work in Kulai, Johor.
