Job summary

PrimaBaguz, a Malaysian halal meat manufacturer, is seeking a senior sales account manager to grow QSR partnerships and execute JBPs, with a focus on delivering sales, revenue, and profitability. You will collaborate across functions to tailor solutions for QSR customers and drive new product initiatives.

The role requires 6–8 years in FMCG sales/account management, strong negotiation, and a Bachelor’s degree; willingness to travel and work flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of sales or account management experience in FMCG or food industry, with at least 3 years in QSR channel.
• Proven success in building partnerships with major QSR customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned QSR customers.
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBP) with QSR partners.
• Provide innovation and insights to QSR partners.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional deals.
• Drive implementation of new product launches and menu innovations.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service excellence.
