• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as listed.
• Minimum three years of cross-functional project experience in FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong ability to coordinate with Heads of Department and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic and operational projects from initiation through implementation and review.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines and documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope and timelines and escalate risks as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain action logs.
• Prepare governance materials, dashboards and management reports.
• Support leadership with strategic initiatives and product launches.
