Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage bill of quantities for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and expenditure with regular reports.
• Review contractor submissions, quotations, and claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage contract documentation and variations with proper approvals.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to verify progress and quantities.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget proposals for new projects.
• Process and reconcile invoices and payment applications from contractors.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve cost-related queries.
