• Good knowledge of QMS standards and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Ensure processes comply with applicable quality standards and regulations.
• Monitor QMS effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and certification processes.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on CAPA.
• Manage QMS document control, including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and record keeping.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Conduct QMS-related training and promote quality awareness among employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS compliance and resolve quality issues.
• Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
